Yesterday Afton and I watched a show on PBS about the Salton Sea mud pots. What is more fun than mud to a little boy, except maybe rain puddles? We have spent the whole morning watching videos about geothermal mud volcanoes and now he is convinced that we are going there at any moment. When I said to get his shoes on he asked if we were going to the mud. When I told him we were going to the store he said "after the store we go to mud?" I guess there is a day trip to plan.
